Awesome service Had a problem with the AC on my 2018 Sierra. Called at 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon, they said - Stop by and we'll take a look! Got there about 3:30 Had a problem with the AC on my 2018 Sierra. Called at 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon, they said - Stop by and we'll take a look! Got there about 3:30 and by 4pm they had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part which was still covered under the warranty! They kept my truck over night, the technician came in early Saturday to get it down, and my truck was ready, including an oil change and tire rotation by 10am Saturday morning. David Truitt did an outstanding job working me in. It is service like this that will guarantee my future GM purchases will be from these guys! More

Lack of Integrity I recently purchased a used vehicle from Master Buick GMC with an extended warranty. Along with the purchase I was given the Car Fax. Not 60 days late I recently purchased a used vehicle from Master Buick GMC with an extended warranty. Along with the purchase I was given the Car Fax. Not 60 days later, the vehicle required a major repair--the engine would have to be torn down--that unbeknownst to me was reported by the previous owner. I was told by the service department that there was a possibility the repair would not be covered by my warranty and I would need to cover the cost myself, nearly $2000. While I understand there is an inherent risk in the purchase of a new vehicle, it saddens me that a dealer that touts a spirit of community and support of our military (I am currently serving in the USAF), would not disclose that information at the sale of the vehicle. The issues that I observed and recorded before returning the vehicle for service were nearly verbatim to that made by the previous owner. Reluctantly, I traded in the vehicle for another. However, I returned just a few days later to have my new vehicle detailed and I saw the vehicle that needed repair on the lot for resale undoubtedly with plans to sell it again to the next unsuspecting person. As a result, I don't plan to EVER return to Master to have my vehicle serviced or to purchase another. I don't trust them! And if anyone were to ask for my recommendation, I would suggest they avoid buying used vehicles from this dealer. More
