Terrible Experience To Say The Least! They call them the stealership for a reason! I dropped my 2011 gmc 2500HD of on 11/5/2019 with a intermittent stall issue that seemed to be electrical They call them the stealership for a reason! I dropped my 2011 gmc 2500HD of on 11/5/2019 with a intermittent stall issue that seemed to be electrical. I was told on 11/6/2019 that the problem had been diagnosed and the parts were in stock to make the repair and the approx install time. I do not here from them all day 11/7/2019. I call multiple times 11/8/2019 and leave multiple voicemails and get no answer. On 11/11/2019 I get in contact with my service manager and am told that they are waiting on parts to come (um what they told them the parts were in stock on 11/6???) and they are expected to be in 11/12. 11/12 comes and goes and I once again cannot get in contact with my service manager. After 2 days of trying to contact my service manager i finally get in contact with the head service manager and am told my parts will not be in until 11/18 (after my service tech has told me his tracking number did not give him an est arrival date). 11/18 comes and goes and I am finally told (why they waited till now to tell me this i have no idea) that my parts are delayed because of the GM strike. On 11/25 i get the call that my truck is ready and I pick it up that night after they have closed. I get in my truck and drive off AND THE PROBLEM ISN'T EVEN FIXED!!! I call them on 11/26 and request a refund (through voicemail). I am called back on 11/27 and told they will not give a refund but they will be happy to take a look at my truck again and see if they can find the issue at an additional fee. HAHA NO THANKS! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! #youcantmakethisstuffup More
Charles was extremely accommodating even though I did not have an appointment but needed my car repaired for my wife’s upcoming trip. The shop was very busy, but he worked it in and got the car back to me be have an appointment but needed my car repaired for my wife’s upcoming trip. I found the one I wanted at Master Buick and within 5 minutes of sending the email I got a call from Tony. Two days later, they drove my new truck and paperwork to my house 160 miles away...I was driving my new truck three days after talking with Tony for the first time. I was very impressed on how Tony got the deal done so quickly especially since I live out of state. I highly recommend this dealership. No hassle More

2.0 HOURS OIL CHANGE I schedule an appointment for 2 pm for a oil change, and did get out until 4:45. My enclave sat in the service entrance for at least an 1.5 hours, bef I schedule an appointment for 2 pm for a oil change, and did get out until 4:45. My enclave sat in the service entrance for at least an 1.5 hours, before it was even taken back for service. I don't understand the point of making a appointment if you still have to wait around for over 2 hours just for a oil change. I question the service tech, and he stated the appointment time is just a time for you to be there. He also stated it was like going to the doctors, where you check in and just wait and this is not Jiffy Lube. The end result was the oil change ended up being free. But that does not make up for the time I wasted just for a oil change. More
