customer service during routine service appointment on my initial scheduled arrival 8-5-2020 , approximately 15 minutes early, 09:45 (primarily to allow for unexpected traffic delays , ending in less st on my initial scheduled arrival 8-5-2020 , approximately 15 minutes early, 09:45 (primarily to allow for unexpected traffic delays , ending in less stress for me to be on time), service got off to a bumpy start as I waited for greeting and acknowledgement i.e. good morning, someone will be with you shortly, this did not happen. my approximate wait time was 15 minutes when a gentleman(African American employee) in the rear of the drive thru stall seemed to observe me sitting in my car. he walked over, and I told him I had a 10:00 appointment. he asked me how long I had been waiting and asked if anyone had spoken to me yet. If I could give this employee a rating, it would be greatly satisfied. I love your motto, After we sell, WE SERVE! It’s not just a motto. It’s what we do! today I would have to give a low satisfaction rating to the "we serve" part of your motto. In my career I've had lots of training in BEST customer service, anything else does not meet the standard. In these times when we're all challenged by the impact of a pandemic, best customer service training has to be a must. we are all in this together, finding ways to beat the pandemic and keeping our families safe and provided for.
