The service department was slow but friendly, the oil change and tire rotation was about 30 dollars more than I pay at the dealership in Commerce Georgia. I will never again purchase a vehicle from this location. They sold me a lemon and would not assist in correcting the problem - only told me to keep bringing my vehicle to service. The owner would not return my phone calls but asked for a review, so here it is. I have had several friends have the same or worse problems with their vehicles and similar experiences. If they cannot "duplicate" the problems you are having (even with video proof), they won't do anything about it. I purchased a BRAND NEW FULLY LOADED Terrain from them. I added dvd players and all weather mats throughout. We purchased the paint/interior protection. Needless to say we paid a lot of money and were extremely disappointed. We wound up trading our vehicle in somewhere else and buying a new SUV, losing several thousand dollars in doing so. Buy somewhere else! The only good things about this location are that they house Eddie Overby & Bill Whitten. Both are stand up guys who felt really bad about my situation & wanted to make it right. I will forever be grateful to them as they were the only positive experience I had there. The owner didn't care enough to escalate our problems to GMC or even return my phone call. More
