I turned in my 2015 GMC 2500 Truck on 3 Aug 22 to have the sun/moon roof repaired and the accordion trim replaced. At about 8:48 am Bo Starke called me and informed me that according to the Tech the sun/moon roof is working and to quote me a price for the accordion trim to be replaced. Then at around 9:01 am Bo Starke called me back to inform me that according to the Tech the sun/moon roof is not working and that I will have to leave the truck so he can check on the extended warranty and to have it fixed. At 3:47 pm Bo Starke called me again to inform me that he would like for me to leave the truck until the next day so he can have the Tech work on it since he was too dirty to take out the liner and that way he won’t mess up the liner as he work on it. I agreed and told Bo to call me as soon as the truck is finish with repairs. On 4 Aug, Bo called me to inform me that the sun/moon roof works but sometimes doesn’t and that someone from the manufacture warranty department informed him that sometimes that happens whenever the sun/moon rood would work when you push the button to open it and then to close it then it stops but will work later on. So that sounds like the sun/moon rood does not operate correctly so therefore it needs to be repair. Bo also inform me that the truck is ready for pick up and he stated that he is sending someone to pick me up from my home to the dealer to pick up my truck. Upon picking up my truck, I had to check to see if the sun/moon roof is working and each time I pressed the button to open it nothing happens. So I called Bo Starke to show him that the sun/roof is not working. I went from being satisfied and happy on 14 Jul 22 to sad and disappointed on 4 Aug 22. It took several minutes for Bo to decide to either leave my truck or bring it back so he can have the Tech look at it again. He also insisted that he would have someone call me to schedule a date to bring my truck back to get it worked on again. My next appointment is 10 Aug 22 @ 0945.

Ms. Crowley, We did not and never will sell any of our vehicles over MSRP. The deal on the Yukon we gave you remains the same, with the difference now being a bank decision about the interest rate you would be charged if you purchased it. Our employees do not work for the bank and cannot make a decision about a bank's interest rate. It is up to our customers credit decisions and how the bank will finance a vehicle for you. If you came in today with cash, we would sell you the vehicle for the amount we told you. Unfortunately, the bank made a decision about your credit and your interest rate that made the terms change. Eddie is a long time employee of ours and if you take the time to read others reviews, you will see he is an honest and very helpful manager. Accusations such as this are offensive and damaging. Will, My credit was hard pulled a week before I arrived and what was called “accurate” numbers by both wayne and Keith on the phone. When I arrived, a bait and switch was applied as it was over $190 more then originally agreed. I will not stop until every review site has eyes on these reviews. I will post multiple reviews on multiple sites. I will do all I can to destroy your business brick by brick as you are obviously oblivious to anything going on in your store. I know exactly what you guys are doing and playing innocent about it. At the end of the day if it looks like a scam and smells like a scam, it’s a scam. That’s what you are and your business is. The giant recession is about to rear its ugly head and you will be begging for customers to buy cars at dealer invoice plus hold back. They will not come like they barley came last time. Multiple gmc dealers across the country will fold and yours sir, will be first. You took advantage of a mother traveling from south Florida with a 5 month old. You are the worst of the worst Will. You know what you did, just admit it here or yelp or google or bbb or the 10 I’ve left. 10 reviews per day until this is fixed or you are out of business.

None of the terms on our end changed. You can return and pay cash and nothing will have changed. The price has remained constant. We have no control of a bank’s rate. I’m sorry you feel the way you do, and feel qualified to make a judgement on my character, despite never speaking to me, but there is nothing we can do about your interest rate. You can always try to get a better rate for your own bank. There is nothing holding you to the financing that we tried to arrange for you. My telephone number is 706-855-9400.
