Masters is a dealership I have enjoyed working with. I have done business with Masters for 25 or more years. I have gone to one other dealer to purchase a vehicle and ended up trading it for one at Maste I have done business with Masters for 25 or more years. Parts weren't ordered before appointment a week earlier Getting first service a week earlier they noticed it needed CV boot replaced. After most of the day was over Charles mentioned they were ordering the Getting first service a week earlier they noticed it needed CV boot replaced. After most of the day was over Charles mentioned they were ordering the part. Gave a rental car. The next day I called at 2pm and Charles said the part wasnt installed yet. I said this is incredible since I made the appointment a week earlier. He put me on hold and then said it was ready. They seem too busy for the volume they are handling. More
