Awful I just bought a GMC Yukon &this is my first time taking it to the dealer for an oil change and service. 1st I placed an appt online, when I arrived, I just bought a GMC Yukon &this is my first time taking it to the dealer for an oil change and service. 1st I placed an appt online, when I arrived, they had no records of my appt. 2nd there was a representative complaining about having too many clients, in front of all clients.... how unprofessional. Also, I asked was there anything wrong with it. They didn't put anything on the report but verbally told me some concerns. I noticed after picking it up, it is sounding like it is going to cut off while I'm stopped with my foot on the brake. I hope they didn't mess it up because it didn't do that before I dropped it off.
