Trading vehicles Nicole was as nice and helpful to us as she would have been her own parents. Therefore I became responsible for the additional fee on every part used to fix my vehicle. What was supposed to be a $100 deductible turned into a $207 cost. I’d recommend going to a service department that doesn’t overcharge their patrons. More
