I got Acura As IS from Maserati of Arlington in Sept 2020. I live in Maryland when i took it for inspection it didn't pass. I have to spend 1000$ to get inspection pass. None of the oils are filled. My surprise after that i got alert for engine oils. Not even cleaned car properly. Sales persons are not responding to the emails. Once it is sold they are least bothered with customers. This is very surprising for me especially in USA. More
Great experience. Jayden was very professional and very helpful. Even days leading up to me seeing the car he was answering all me questions. I will definitely be seeing him on my next trip. Women beware. Management is horrible. I purchase my Maserati at the end of April 2020 and my experience was absolutely horrible. I had to add oil and steering fluid when I got home. My tires did not pass the penny inspection which leads me to believe that no one inspected my car. When I talk to service, she advised that all she was told to do was the oil change when they received it. Much more to say too much to type. More

Disappointed with blantent misrepresentation of vehicle I flew in from out of state to purchase a 'clean' preowned Infiniti. This was supposed to be a clean, accident free, non smoking, G37. What I found I flew in from out of state to purchase a 'clean' preowned Infiniti. This was supposed to be a clean, accident free, non smoking, G37. What I found was that the car had been misrepresented by the salesman. My first clue that something was wrong was the car reeking of an odor bomb used to cover up the cigarette smell. Afterough inspection after i drove the car home, i discovered that it had been recently repaired due to an accident using aftermarket parts, along with cigarette burns in the carpet. I feel as though i have been taken advantage of as they knew i was coming in from out of state. Additonally, during the 1000 mile trip home, the clutch went to the floor and i barely limped it home. The repair to the clutch took a week and was $2000. Had i lived in the area I would have not purchased this vehicle, but what do you do? Since the purchase, it has not been a bad vehicle, but in retrospect i definitely overpaid and was lied to. Buyer beware when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealer as they will say anything to make the sale. More
