I got Acura As IS from Maserati of Arlington in Sept 2020. I live in Maryland when i took it for inspection it didn't pass. I have to spend 1000$ to get inspection pass. None of the oils are filled. My surprise after that i got alert for engine oils. Not even cleaned car properly. Sales persons are not responding to the emails. Once it is sold they are least bothered with customers. This is very surprising for me especially in USA.
Great experience. Jayden was very professional and very helpful. Even days leading up to me seeing the car he was answering all me questions. I will definitely be seeing him on my next trip. His manager that sits to right of him was also great. My first Maserati and even before I bought it I felt at home. Thank you both for the wonderful experience and I’ll definitely see y’all in the future
I purchase my Maserati at the end of April 2020 and my experience was absolutely horrible. I had to add oil and steering fluid when I got home. I was told to do this by their service department. My tires did not pass the penny inspection which leads me to believe that no one inspected my car. When I talk to service, she advised that all she was told to do was the oil change when they received it. Much more to say too much to type.
I purchased my Maserati from them and so happy they opened their service department. My first service appointment ended with great appreciation! The location is perfect compared to driving to Sterling for my first Maserati sale/service.
We had a great experience buying our brand new 2019 Maserati Levante from this dealership. Our sales guy, Jayden Silver, helped us along the way from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with! The whole process went smooth and we'll definitely come back here if we decide to buy another Maserati.
