Waited 2 hours to get a key fob and battery. Got home to find out that they never replaced the battery but charged me for it! Tried to call the service department to ask for the refund for the battery. Got find out that they never replaced the battery but charged me for it! Tried to call the service department to ask for the refund for the battery. Got hung up on 3 times. when it did ring(for 5 minutes), no one answered and phone automatically hung up. I am still trying to get my refund for the battery I never received! As for Mr. Sheldon Jackson, he was the only person who approached us to give us an update on what was going on. He also gave us a discount on our bill for the additional time we waited. More

Didn't want to write anything but had to put something here. Should be optional. Irritated that I need to write twenty five words. Feel like a high school assignment for a fourteen year older. here. Dennis had been very friendly and helpful with all my visits! He last helped me get parking sensors installed into my Honda CRV. He was very informative on the installation process and was able to answer visits! He last helped me get parking sensors installed into my Honda CRV. He was very informative on the installation process and was able to answer all my questions. Unethical business practices and sub-standard service quality. I was quoted a total of $1000 to do various services on my 2017 Honda Accord via phone. When I showed up for service, they said it was quality. I was quoted a total of $1000 to do various services on my 2017 Honda Accord via phone. When I showed up for service, they said it was going to cost me $1100 for the same. When I highlighted that I was quoted $100 less over phone, the service representative overrode the higher prices with the original rates I was quoted over phone. He also took a note of my Costco discount code, which entitled me to a 15% discount on the service costs. He did not change the $1000 that he said would be honored and told me that the discount would be applied on the $1000 during checkout. Until this point, my experience was positive. What a nice bunch of people who are ready to honor their mistakes - I thought.... Enter Lucas Newman!!! Lucas was assigned as my Service Representative after I dropped my car off. I was told he would call me to finalize the costs to replace two tires. Lucas called me after a couple of hours to tell me it would cost $300 in total to replace the tires. I said great! That is what I was quoted when I called the first time too and I asked him to please go ahead. He made a comment before closing the call that there was some kind of dealership discount on the tires and he would not be able to apply Costco discount on top of it. He asked me if I was okay if he chose the discount that gave me the maximum savings for those two tires. I said yeah, since it made sense. All xxxx broke loose when I went to pickup my car after it was ready. Till now, I'm expecting my total invoice to be $1000 (before tax) and the Costco discount would've been applied to this $1000 - either partially or fully (depending on which discount code Lucas chose for the Tires). SURPRISE SURPRISE! The invoice was for $1100 (plus tax). Lucas then says, he diligently chose the dealership discount to get me the max discount of $100 and shows me the final invoice for $1000. Please note that this is the actual amount that I was quoted and was told would be honored by the first sales representative. Also, he misquotes that Costco members cannot be given more than $100 in discount, while the Costco Auto program clearly says it is upto $500 in savings! So basically, he invoiced me for $1100 without giving a rat's xxx about the rate commitment given by the first service representative in writing to me. He lied about the limit on discount he could offer for Costco members. And at the end of it all, was unapologetic and irresponsible when I called out his xx. I argued as much as I could but he kept repeating stuff like a broken record. You cannot convince somebody who pretends to be stupid. Plus, I was not comfortable staying within that small space in the dealership, with little room for safe social distancing. Had to leave after paying the wrong charges, hoping Costco would step in and resolve this. I've filed a complaint and waiting for resolution. If that doesn't work, will probably be looking at Better Business Bureau or something similar to escalate. Will post updates as things progress... NOTE: Irrespective of the billing stuff, the quality of service too appears to be poor. I had the brake fluid and brake pads replaced on all 4 wheels along with rotor resurfacing. And my brakes still feel loose with little/no improvement to their condition before the service. It appears that I paid for nothing after all. More
Service Department Review. My visit was on 07/08/2020. Strike 1- Service Manager Steve Bloomer emailed me coupons for the service center on May 6th, June 5th, and July 5th. I go to u 07/08/2020. Strike 1- Service Manager Steve Bloomer emailed me coupons for the service center on May 6th, June 5th, and July 5th. I go to use the coupon and every single employee, including the service manager, acted surprised and annoyed by me even presenting such a thing. Not one person knew about the emailed promotion. Corrado (service advisor) was arguing with the service manager in his office saying “it has your name on it” and proceeded to tell me it was “brand new” and that’s why no one knew about it. Three months of an email promotion and that is brand new? Don’t think so. Strike 2- I brought my car in to be serviced because my sun visor fell straight out of its place ( no fault of my own) and all the lights inside the car stopped working. I dropped off the car, explained what happened to the service advisor, and even sat inside the car and showed him that the lights did not work. They have my vehicle for over 24 hours, I pick the car and there is trash everywhere, the old sun visor part sitting on the seat, and the LIGHTS DONT WORK!! Yes, you read that right. A mechanic or auto technician at this service center installed a sun visor and didn’t even check if the light on the mirror worked properly. That didn’t even raise one slight question? Strike 3- I tell Corrado that the lights don’t work and he replies with a confused and annoyed look. He did not believe me so I actually had the recruit the first service advisor I spoke to. The two employees then continued to argue over who messed this up. Extremely professional, right? Corrado doesn’t care one bit about the mix up and does not try to make things right. Strike 4- Even after all of that not one employee had the decency to pull my car around and take out the trash. Nope, I pulled my car around myself from outside of the garage. (This is extremely bad and rare practice and have never experienced this in all of my years getting my cars serviced) Strike 5- I call the service manager Steve Bloomer and his lackadaisical attitude towards the situation made it easy to sever ties for good. Please don’t go here, you will have a headache from even just watching the xxxx show. I paid $105 for a sun visor and a the worst service I have ever experienced. More
