This dealership is scummy. Sold me a car that had issues couple months down the line. Brought the car in and they “fixed” the issue. The service dept people have always been friendly and treated me respectfully. They have made some expensive mistakes though and are expensive in general! As for Bill Mears, he was very helpful and went treated me respectfully. They have made some expensive mistakes though and are expensive in general! As for Bill Mears, he was very helpful and went above expectations to empty all the junk in my trade-in into my new car while I was with the finance guy! I took off a star bc he was not willing to help me with a tail pipe part that apparently fell off on my drive home from the dealership (a 5 minute drive). If he makes sure my newly purchased insurance covers this then I will restore the star!! More
