Wonderful contact-less experience. Worked through Costco auto program and handled most transactions over the phone or via email. My sales person was excellent and Honda Financial Services made Pre-approval auto program and handled most transactions over the phone or via email. My sales person was excellent and Honda Financial Services made Pre-approval a relatively benign process. Oh - forgot to mention that I traveled from Central PA to do business back in SEPA just because their service was far and away the best across the three states I searched (MD, PA and DE). More

Dennis had been very friendly and helpful with all my visits! He last helped me get parking sensors installed into my Honda CRV. He was very informative on the installation process and was able to answer visits! He last helped me get parking sensors installed into my Honda CRV. When an issue came up that necessitated my car staying overnight he was quick in informing me and offering a car to use in the time being. I’m thankful for all his help! More
