Roman was very helpful and I felt like he had my best interest. Didn’t try to push me into anything and listened to my needs at this time in my life. I made a big mistake in giving $2000 non-refundable deposit. Other dealerships only wanted a $500 refundable deposit. Lucy did not know what accessories were coming with the car.
