Waited 2 hours to get a key fob and battery. Got home to find out that they never replaced the battery but charged me for it! Tried to call the service department to ask for the refund for the battery. Got find out that they never replaced the battery but charged me for it! I am still trying to get my refund for the battery I never received! As for Mr. Sheldon Jackson, he was the only person who approached us to give us an update on what was going on. He also gave us a discount on our bill for the additional time we waited. More
