On Monday, November 15, 2021 at around 7:45 PM, I made a deal with Martin Main Line Honda's car salesman, Tahir Briggs, for a brand new, gray, Honda CR-V AWD EX 2022 for $36,173. That night itself, my credi deal with Martin Main Line Honda's car salesman, Tahir Briggs, for a brand new, gray, Honda CR-V AWD EX 2022 for $36,173. That night itself, my credit score was run and my credit card was swiped to pay for the $1,000 deposit for the car. The money was taken out of my account the next day. I did not receive any paperwork, and I did not sign any paperwork that night. Tahir sent me text message images of the receipt for the transaction and an outline of all the charges for the purchase and the total price of the vehicle on November 16, 2021. On Thursday, November 18, 2021, Tahir called me at work and told me that they received a VIN number for my car and asked if I was available to come and sign the contract and bring my payment. That Saturday, November 20, 2021, I brought a cashier's check for my $20,000 payment and signed all of the contracts with the VIN number for my car, but the car was still not yet at the dealership and was not visibly seen by me. Tahir, himself, started calling me with updates and first told me that my car would be arriving the week of Thanksgiving. That following Monday, November 29, 2021 at 3:47 PM, I texted Tahir the following: “Hey. Just wondering if there was any word on the car today?” He never responded. The following Tuesday, after trying to get in touch with Tahir multiple times, he told me that the reason why my car hadn’t arrived yet was because the transportation company said there was snow somewhere. The new day he told me at this point was Friday, December 3, 2021. Since then, I’ve been reaching out to them various times to find out where my vehicle is. Tahir told me and my brother-in-law lies like Honda corporate is the one who is in contact with the third party transportation company. Finally, Thursday, December 10, 2021, I reached out to Honda corporate to find out where my vehicle is and made a case with them. I was told that the dealership handles the transportation. I then called the dealership, and the receptionist told me that it’s showing that my car is three days post due. I spoke to Tahir, and he told me that Honda corporate was lying to me. After going back and forth with the dealership and Honda corporate, the dealership finally connected me with Joe Seker, sales manager, and I was enticed by Joe to call the Virginia Transportation company and pretend I was calling from the dealership to get an update. The transportation company informed me through the VIN number that this car had a hold code on it and that only the dealership can tell me why. When I told Joe this, he initially told me that Honda corporate was the only way to get information about this. After going back and forth with the two again, Joe claimed that there is only one person that can find out more information and that he emailed their representative about my car and another customer, Levine’s, purchase. I have yet to get a response and still have no car. I have been lied to many times throughout this whole process. I am a front line worker and have no car to get to work now. I’ve had to Uber, and the dealership said they won’t compensate for anything. They stole my money and I still don’t have the car! More

I brought my car here for a recall repair. I made an appointment weeks ahead and was told it would take 2hrs. Dropped it off at 9:00, waited there until 12:30 (when they said it would definitely be done appointment weeks ahead and was told it would take 2hrs. Many people don't like to deal with car dealers because they intend to sell you things other than the car itself. Ms. Lucy Hu is not the case. She made me feel as if I were her old friend.
