I would like to take the opportunity to thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with feedback so that we can do better. I am so sorry that you had an awful experience with Martin Main Line Honda which is absolutely not the experience we aim to make for our customers. Unfortunately because of the car shortage, a receptionist may make an appointment at say 1:00pm and the only car available sells in that time. Since the cars are selling fast throughout the day, the receptionists who are at a desk making calls rely on the system that shows them available cars so if it just sold it might not show up in the system for a little bit and they wouldn't know. As for the quotes, the most accurate pricing you will get is in person because the the salesperson can go over all the fine print of the quote and get the best deal possible for you. I am sorry that you are under the impression that your girlfriend had a bad experience here at Martin Main Line Honda. When she came back to pick up, to my knowledge, she did not indicate that she was dissatisfied with her experiences with us. Also, before the purchase of any vehicle here at Martin Main Line Honda we have the customer sign a buyers order which clearly states the purchase and all that goes into the price of the vehicle. As for being able to change your mind, that is always 100% the customers decision and if you choose to back out of a deal, of course we would comply so that is true. Oh not only did she let EVERYONE know there about the sacks you played, her mother did also. You are either extremely misinformed OR you are lying If you are not lying, she will be back with the cat tomorrow morning. Have hers ready to return to her. The BEST part of all this? She grew up with the sister of the owner. This is BEYOND ridiculous. If this is how you treat a “valued customer” she’s known for years?!?? WHOA
