The sales manager Joe sold me a car in one visit and one day to buy. No time at all. Easy. He was helpful and answered questions. He was in an “ we can do anything mode”.After I got home, I called to say I did not have a manual in the car for the 2019 Honda. I called to ask them to mail me one. I live close by but they forgot the manual, so I wanted it mailed. I am not dealing with them at all. They said they would have to “ find one”—they did not have one. When I called again several days later, they said I had to pick it up. I told the to mail it. I got it a few days ago, about a after I asked for it.The general manager was not helpful. He is named Mike and very defensive and rude. The financial manager,Andre, who took my check and handed me all the papers, was very nice and quite professional. The initial salesperson, Lucy, was so unprepared for questions that she turned me over to Joe the day I saw the car. A few days ago I surprisingly got a new random license plate— they has assured me they could transfer my personal plate and it was the personal plate on the car. The new plate, from DMV, contained a letter saying personal plates are not always allowed and I had to call DMV. They lied to me by never telling me there was any issue with the plate transfer. I am furious about how they made this transaction harder for me than it should have by misleading me. Why so nice before you sign the check and ignore you ( or fail to warn me ) in the case of the wrong plate transfer? I Ike the car but would never go back. I will pay for service elsewhere because there is no trust there. More
