Buyer beware! I did not like how this dealership does business. I was in the market for an Accord and requested an internet price quote. The quote I received was lower than anyone else so I visited the business. I was in the market for an Accord and requested an internet price quote. The quote I received was lower than anyone else so I visited the dealership to test drive several models to make sure I got the right car. The internet sales rep (who made the appointment) was "busy" so I was given to another rep. After we test drove several models, I was asked to come in the office to give them some info. I told them (from the outset) that I was not there to buy a car until I test drove other makes (Toyota, Nissan, etc). The rep tried to pressure me into giving him price points because "he just spent 2 hours with me". When I told him no, he said I hurt his feelings. This happened several times during the conversation. I felt no respect from the sales rep. I left a bit frustrated. The original price quote expired (48 hour quote) by the time I test drove the car so the rep sent me out a new one. This one was approx $1,500 higher. The next day he sent another quote that was another $600 higher than the last. The following day, he called me and told me he had a "deal" where he could drop the last price down $400-$500 dollars. He argued with me when I mentioned that I had two lower prices. I showed him the quotes. He agreed to honor the middle one but told me the initial (lowest) quote was for the wrong trim package (eventhough the original quote listed the correct package next to the price). I may be wrong but I got the distinct feeling that the low quote was to get me in the door where they would try to pressure me. I then checked out this web site and saw that the dealership had a 1.9 rating (it has just gone up amazingly to a 3.8 in 2 days ... interesting). I feel that these folks could not be trusted. I would never recommend them to anyone. More

I leased two Honda's in the last 12 months from Martin Honda. A 2010 CRV and a 2011 Accord. I was so impressed with the sales team and how professional they handled me and my son and nephew. I wanted to educate the 18 year olds on how to lease a new car. I have reccommeded many people to Martin and just last fall i saw a friend of mine in the showroom "window shopping". After I talked to him and sold him on the service, professionalism and just the way they care of you...he purchased a car from Martin too. Therefore this is why I rated Martin Honda so high. I have owned Porsches, Mercedes, BMWs, Audi, and I must tell you that Hond's team at Martin blows away Audi, BMW and Porsche and is right up there with Mercedes if not better!! AGain they never pressured me, they just gave me what I asked for and enhanced the process because they took care of my kids!! When someone is nice to your children and honest with them.....there is no better feeling.....I'm sure you'll agree!! Oh yeah....my son did get in an accident and Martin took care of that too!!! better than any collision center I have ever gone to. More
The thing a like most about Main Line Honda is the service after the sale. In some ways, the experience isn't unlike what I receive at the BMW Dealership down the street. The entire staff was very polite and helpful. The dealership itself is well organized and very convenient. I highly recommend Mainline Honda. Not only was the Mr. Dowdall a great help, the salesmen were also very knowledgeable in their field and very personable, even those who were not helping me with the sale. All in all, my entire experience at Mainline Honda was perfect. More

Why not be helpful if you are going to make a sale though? The car was purchased and it has been my daily driver. The issue comes into play now though. A recent road trip to Florida I found my back hatch was leaking. I took it to Vatland Honda in Vero Beach (I highly recommend them if you are in the area) and they took the spoiler off. Lots of damage underneath it. There was a large dent causing the leak and scratches underneath it. Martin Main Line Honda had covered up the damage underneath the spoiler and just let it go as is without fixing the problem. Instead of a warranty claim, now it is something not covered and the dealership down here won't touch it with it being outside of warranty. Martin Main Line when contacted washed their hands clean of the situation and told me to pack sand, that it is not their problem. That I must have had some reason to remove my rear spoiler, dent the hell out of the back of my car and then put it back on. Thanks Martin. In the end it all comes down to the fact that they sold me a damaged car when I bought it "new" from them and then they won't take care of the damages when it is causing problems inside my car. Please, for no other reason than your own sanity, find another dealership. They will treat you great to get the sale but you are JUST A SALE. Go elsewhere and save yourself some peace of mind. More
