Bad experience rectified I returned to the dealership and spoke to my original salesman- Nico. I told him of my dissatisfaction with the car. After talking I over and running the numbers to see what options were available I was able to get exactly what I wanted and am now more than satisfied with my purchase and the extremely high level of dedicated efforts to achieve complete customer satisfaction.. I was and still am a bigger fan of Honda products. I’m very thankful to Nico for his time, attention and professionalism in rectifying he situation.
