I was quoted and signed off on the wrong price before they dramatically raised the price. I was unable to rate two of the people because I have no idea who they were. Very slow and unprofessional in time management, we spent waiting for more than 3 hours just to pick the vehicle after the appointment time though we were told it will be ready when we come in and had called waiting for more than 3 hours just to pick the vehicle after the appointment time though we were told it will be ready when we come in and had called earlier to ensure it was ready. Poor communication on what was the delay and how long will it take. Additionally, broken coffee machine for customer, using thermocol cups for coffee are not great customer experiences. We just went there because of Costco pricing but we were not shown the invoice or the window sticker of vehicle we bought. More
