My car was hit on April 2, 2012, and wasn't send to VW as I requested. And when I received my car back from GEICO Collinson X-Press, it mess not repaired in the right manner with the right part they did eve I requested. And once I pick my car up it went downhill since. Until I taken it to VW, in Bethsda MD, they performed a great job, I knew I would be please because, I get my car service only from them all the time. But they correct the problems that the Ourisman did to my car, and they cared about what was wrong with it from start to finish. They also, informed me to what was wrong with it and what parts they order for my car, they would call me for anything that needed to be fix, with great communication thoughout my service for my car. VW, has great people fixing car and know exactly, what your car need, they fix my car once another place mess up my car and never fix it properly like it should have been the first place. I am pleased and I feel safe driving my car now at first no way was I driving my car and now I feel good. Thanks. Nobody, does great like Excellent Job well Done! More

Initially I sought the advice of Sales Manager regarding extended warrenties -- he was courteous and directed me to his expert. Mr. Bokro searched for a new Tiguan with my exact and located two possibilities arriving at port in 2 wks. Both gentlemen gave me complete numbers without much delay and a great price. I am currently thinking over my options and will likely purchase from them; there was no hard sell and the pre-transaction discussions were seemless and friendly. Very, Very satisfying!! More

Marten's did not suggest the usual things that mechanics often do to add to the bill. In fact, they gave all my systems green lights and kept the bill to the minimum, at least in my estimation. I first visited Martens on Tuesday, April 17th inquiring about the 2012 Volkswagen Passat 2.5L SEL Premium. I was able to test drive a Passat 2.5L. Ron Sowell searched for a Passat 2.5L SEL Premium and discovered that I would have to wait up to 6 weeks for the model. It was at this time that we decided to go with the Passat 2.5L SEL. Ron had to locate the vehicle. He telephoned me on Wednesday, April 18th to let me know that he had located the vehicle and that I could come in on Thursday, April 19th.
