I went in for an Express service for an oil change and new wipers Wednesday May 30th in preparation for a long road trip on the coming weekend. I was pressured into discussing recall items which I was unaware of not receive any mail notification, I was pressured into buying air filters which had been changed appropriately on schedule on a past visit and were not due to be replaced for another 10K miles. I left there thinking everything was ok until Friday evening it started to rain and I noticed the wipers were never replaced. I called the service dept and Peter told me THE SYSTEM shows them as being replaced and it was clear the old tattered wipers were still on the car. I had to make another visit to the repair shop and show them they were the old wipers and get them replaced. If the guys there had not been so interested in selling me everything they could and concentrated on what the intent of the visit I would have gotten my wipers and I would not have had to make an added trip back to get something done which should have been done properly the first time.
