Martens could not have been more helpful in getting the car I wanted. They (particularly Andre) were courteous, patient and accommodating. We were late for our appointment but Andre was very professional and we got the new car (a VW Passat)in just a few hours. This is also my first lease and Andre and Bobby worked with me to get a good deal on my trade-in and explain the ins and outs of the lease. I would recommend Martens to family and friends. More

Martens is my local VW dealer so it was the obvious place to begin my search for a Tiguan. My initial visit, which included a short test drive, was informative and un-pressured. The price quoted on that occa to begin my search for a Tiguan. My initial visit, which included a short test drive, was informative and un-pressured. The price quoted on that occasion was was below MSRP but not that attractive so my search continued. However, after researching prices elsewhere and being messed around by one particular VW dealer from whom I was ready to buy a car, I returned to Martens. By this stage I was clear about the model and specification I wanted and had a good idea of competitive prices and ready to buy. As soon as the Martens sales team recognized that I was serious about a purchase they were willing to negotiate and we quickly arrived at an acceptable price. I took delivery of the vehicle 2 days later and, so far, I'm delighted with my new purchase and looking forward to enjoying my new Tiguan. More
