After a 10 or 15 minute conversation, he emailed me a proposal for the car I purchased. Complete closing process was well organized and very friendly. Also, had an issue with a flat tire on my current car. Tony and an associate drove to my car, changed the tire, and then drove it back to dealership. Definitely service above and beyond! Thanks!! Love the Service Dept!! I drove in for my appointment to have Emissions done on my Subaru. The first agent said it might be 30-40 minutes before they got to it, but that was I drove in for my appointment to have Emissions done on my Subaru. The first agent said it might be 30-40 minutes before they got to it, but that was fine! About 15 minutes later, the car was done! The agent went over the invoice with me and I was out of there in another 5 minutes! So fast....I was truly impressed and told the agent that the Service Department was the best I have seen, every time I go there! Repairs on my lease I had a warning light go on in my Forester. Than back off. So I did not worry about it. But my Starlink called me, the dealership called me and both e I had a warning light go on in my Forester. Than back off. So I did not worry about it. But my Starlink called me, the dealership called me and both emailed me within 24 hours to take my car in. Ok. So I did and it turns out my passenger seat has shorted the electrical for my airbags. ?!. Parts came in quickly but I had pressing personal issues and forgot about it. Once I set up the appointment, They had it in next day, loaner ready to go, and at no cost. Done in a few hours. They take great care of you. More

One of the best service advisors I have worked with. This experience was very refreshing considering that every time myself or my brother have brought our cars in for service, we have seen Tom Francis not helping anyone, he has yet to offer us any assistance. He then proceeds to go get coffee or breakfast while someone else comes up to help. More
