No hassle, friendly service I always expect a bad experience when I go into any dealership, but I was paired up with a great salesperson named Carlos. I found the exact car that I was looking for. After I drove off the lot I found a cosmetic issue with my car. I returned the following day to get the problem fixed and they swapped my car out with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend Mark Miller Subaru to all my family and friends. More

Maintenance visit I scheduled my appointment with the service department on-line and everything from check-in to check-out was done efficiently and quickly. While waiting for my car, I visited the parts department to purchase all weather floor maps and was taken care of timely and courteously. I even received a complimentary new mug from them! More

Stopped by to check fluid levels They were very helpful and prompt. I even had to replace a "button" on my key fob. The woman in parts looked up the cost to replace to fob and to rep They were very helpful and prompt. I even had to replace a "button" on my key fob. The woman in parts looked up the cost to replace to fob and to reprogram it. ($200) She then called the used car person who happened to have a leftover fob in his desk. He brought it over and she took off the button and put it on my key fob. No programming needed. They went above and beyond in their service. Meanwhile, the service personnel checked my fluids and tires, topped off the fluids, and gave me a report on the tires which are needing replacement. They were terrific. More
