After going inside, and sitting at his work station, we went through what needed to be done to our Forster. He explained it very well including new tires. I agreed to all the service including the 30,000 mile checkup that he mentioned. Then, as I sat in the customer waiting room, he came in and explained things to me, particularly about tires. I agreed. From my point of view, he is an excellent employee for Suburu. More
