I was confused in the beginning, since I parked my car waiting, and no one I came in for an oil change, and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. They did what they could for my car and treated my frustration patiently and professionally. I use my car to run errands around town and apparently my car doesn't run long enough to recharge the battery. Subaru really needs to do something about this. Using a trickle charger is NOT the solution. Is a hybrid or electric car being planned? Or maybe a bigger battery? Heavily loading a car with helpful electronics to pull off a usual battery is too over whelming for my car usage and I could see from the info on various websites, I am not alone. I love Subarus. My husband and I have purchased maybe 8 in the last 20 years, but I can't keep calling AAA to get me going so I may have to find another brand of car that doesn't suck the battery dry so often. More
