Great experience from first contact to "concierge" delivery I bought a Subaru which was not delivered to the dealer yet. Very quick service I came in for an oil change, and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. I was confused in the beginning, since I parked my car waiting, and no one I came in for an oil change, and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. I was confused in the beginning, since I parked my car waiting, and no one came up to me or anyone else in line for about 5 minutes. I also was parked in the wrong line. Have a sign telling us where to park and what to wait for. Other than that, service from Tony was top notch and detailed. I really appreciated my service. More

They did what they could for my car and treated my frustration patiently and professionally. I use my car to run errands around town and apparently my car doesn't run long enough to recharge the battery. Subaru really needs to do something about this. Using a trickle charger is NOT the solution. Is a hybrid or electric car being planned? Or maybe a bigger battery? Heavily loading a car with helpful electronics to pull off a usual battery is too over whelming for my car usage and I could see from the info on various websites, I am not alone. I love Subarus. My husband and I have purchased maybe 8 in the last 20 years, but I can't keep calling AAA to get me going so I may have to find another brand of car that doesn't suck the battery dry so often. More

In and Out I had made an appointment for service on line to take advantage of a 15% off coupon however when I showed up for my appointment there was no electrica I had made an appointment for service on line to take advantage of a 15% off coupon however when I showed up for my appointment there was no electrical power at MMS so the computers were not working to write a ticket or to pay with a card. I chose to leave and try back another day. I stopped in when I literally had limited time to see if I could get the routine service done and not only was I told yes, the coupon was honored from the week previously and I was done in less than the 45 minute time frame that was quoted to me. And I got a Diet Coke and corn chowder for lunch. Yum! More
