A great experience!! First, Calvin accepted my car for service and even moved it for me when I parked in the wrong line! Then, he reassured me that all I needed were an o First, Calvin accepted my car for service and even moved it for me when I parked in the wrong line! Then, he reassured me that all I needed were an oil change and tire rotation and gave me the cost. Then, I accidentally pocketed my car keys when I exited the vehicle and Calvin had to track me down in the waiting area to politely ask for them! Boy, did I feel dumb but he said 'No worries!' Then, Martin came to me after that was completed and I asked that the alignment be checked. He immediately went to the car and brought it around to have the alignment checked for me. A few minutes later, he came and advised me that the alignment was fine and he would check me out. While I was there, Tom Francis came by to see how I was doing! I had seen him when I first came in and waved 'Hi' to him. He then took the time to come by and see how I was doing! What a great guy and a pleasure to see! All three gentlemen were very polite and respectful--they made me feel that my car was important and promptly address my concerns! This was yet another great experience at your service department and all three men are a credit to your dealership!! More
