A great experience!! First, Calvin accepted my car for service and even moved it for me when I parked in the wrong line! Then, he reassured me that all I needed were an oil change and tire rotation and gave me the cost. Then, I accidentally pocketed my car keys when I exited the vehicle and Calvin had to track me down in the waiting area to politely ask for them! Boy, did I feel dumb but he said 'No worries!' Then, Martin came to me after that was completed and I asked that the alignment be checked. He immediately went to the car and brought it around to have the alignment checked for me. A few minutes later, he came and advised me that the alignment was fine and he would check me out. While I was there, Tom Francis came by to see how I was doing! I had seen him when I first came in and waved 'Hi' to him. He then took the time to come by and see how I was doing! What a great guy and a pleasure to see! All three gentlemen were very polite and respectful--they made me feel that my car was important and promptly address my concerns! This was yet another great experience at your service department and all three men are a credit to your dealership!! More

Amazing Experience We arrived at Mark Miller Midtown fully prepared to deal with the typical car salesman hassle. However at Mark Miller it was quite the opposite, we were shown every possible deal and incentive available to us as the buyers. We also didn’t not have to “Haggle” which is something I never really liked and so I really appreciated that at Mark Miller. The prices I saw online before going into the dealership were the same prices at the dealership. The 0% incentive is an amazing deal and we took advantage of that. Pete Philbrook was our salesman and he is amazing!! He was not pushy at all, he was very thorough and transparent while walking us through the buying process. We are a two car family with one being a new Subaru Outback (our first Subaru) and when the time comes to upgrade our other vehicle Mark Miller is where I’ll go no question about it. Thank you So much for the amazing experience you guys have really changed my perception on car buying!! More

Fast a courteous Came in for the passenger airbag recall that went well after a scheduleing mess up. We said that the passenger seat switch from the very start on our 2010 Outback was fussy to see that my wife was sitting in the seat. Was very happy to see that they replaced not just the seat switch but the whole seat. More
