Really love this dealership and their sales rep Tony Rossi Emailed Tony. He called me, 3-5 min to gather some information. A few texts. They really have their act together, price fairly, good trade in value, all of it. I really (truly) like Mark Miller. Simple headlight replacement I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appoi I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appointment. The car was done in about an hour which included a wash. That was great. I will say I had a minor issue using the chat feature the day before I brought the car in. I had chatted with a rep to ask whether I should just use Express Service or schedule an appointment. They took my phone and said someone would call me about my question, but nobody ever did. It didn't really affect this particular service need, but the failure to follow through really surprised me as I've always had excellent service from Mark Miller Mid-town. More
