Simple headlight replacement I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appoi I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appointment. The car was done in about an hour which included a wash. That was great. I will say I had a minor issue using the chat feature the day before I brought the car in. I had chatted with a rep to ask whether I should just use Express Service or schedule an appointment. They took my phone and said someone would call me about my question, but nobody ever did. It didn't really affect this particular service need, but the failure to follow through really surprised me as I've always had excellent service from Mark Miller Mid-town. More

Best place to buy or service my Subaru s. Good trade right off the bat then added a little extra to keep us happy. Free sandwiches and drinks were a nice touch. Everyone loved my dog. Foglight Repair/Replacement Brought car in, was greeted nicely, car was taken back for the scheduled work. Repairs were accomplished and the Outback lights function as designed. Was also made aware that an oil change was coming due, based on mileage, so that was also taken care of. Am completely satisfied with everything related to this repair issue. More
Love this Dealership! I love this Dealership and when I bought my car I was mostly excited about meeting Bleu, the dog. When I came in yesterday for my oil change, I deci I love this Dealership and when I bought my car I was mostly excited about meeting Bleu, the dog. When I came in yesterday for my oil change, I decided to wait and said it would be nice to have a dog/dogs here while waiting and one of the service guys informed me that one of the mechanics had brought in his dog and a customer complained that the dog scared his kid and the mechanic was not allowed to bring his dog back in! Because of ONE customer? Subaru, and esp. the Mark Miller Dealership IS KNOWN for their support of pets and that was a huge reason I even bought from here. And to hear such a story was seriously disheartening and sad to me! That poor kid hopefully never goes to a park! It's sad that we have gone from "grow up and deal with life" to catering to one disgruntled person and hence ruining it for all. If I could make a plea to your corporate office to rescind their decision, I absolutely would! Most of your customers LOVE Dogs!!!!! As for my oil change, you guys were so fast and I had fun chatting with the service gal talking about cars and the cool new colors. :) More
