We bought Subaru Forester 2011 which came with so many problems most of which was fixed by this dealer. They offered us buying back our Forester 2011 and giving us Forester 2014 with the price that was in problems most of which was fixed by this dealer. They offered us buying back our Forester 2011 and giving us Forester 2014 with the price that was in 2011. We thought that was a good deal so, we exchanged with 2014 limited Forester. So far, we like the color, smoothness and some upgrades in our new Forester. We had to wait almost a month but it feels like buying a great car. My family desperately needed to replace our 13 year old SUV. I worked with Lance in Lewis in the sales department to find a car that fit our families lifestyle and budget. They allowed us to test drive a used Tribeca, two used Outbacks, and then finally the car we fell in love with, a Volvo V50 T5 Wagon. We are Subaru owners, so we expected to be purchasing another Subaru, but it just so happened the Volvo was an exceptional deal and really fun to drive. Lance and Lewis teamed up and were available to answer our questions from 9:45am to 10:30pm on their cell phones. They went way above and beyond to get us a deal on the car, and the best deal possible on the financing. This all took some time, and a lot of work. We were always treated with respect, despite having credit issues. This is the third car we have purchased from Mark Miller Subaru Midtown and I would never want to deal with any other car sales people. We have purchased from Josh, Doug, and now Lewis and Lance. Everyone has been a dream to deal with. Kenny in service currently has my 2011 Outback, as it's having some very tricky issue to diagnose, and he has given me a complimentary 2013 Legacy rental until he figures out the exact problem on my car. I feel like they really care about their customers in sales, and service, and understand how frustrating all sorts of car issues can be, from mechanical problems, to the need for a new car. All around I give everyone at the dealership an A+! More
I was in to purchase a new company car. The owner of our company and myself were greated by Lanc who listensd to what we were after and showed us our options. We were in and out within fifteen minutes very happy with the outcome of our situation. we would recomend this dealer to everyone and ask for Lance. More
Called to have a fuel line recall performed on my 2002 wrx I talked with Kenny who was the rudest service advisor that I have ever talked to! He acted like he could care less about my leaking fuel line problem and that I would have to pay up to $600 in additional repairs to have the recall done, I should have not been liable for any other costs as this was a Subaru recall and if they would have used the correct parts to start off this recall would not have been needed. I asked to talk with the service manager and he was equally as rude! I ended up calling Nate Wade Subaru and there was no mention of any other costs I scheduled with them and had the problem fixed at NO COST to me... I am not sure what Mark Miller Subaru was trying to pull but I would not recommend them to anyone More
After many disappointing experiences with several other local car dealerships, it was a pleasure to discover Mark Miller Subaru and, in particular, sales associate Steve Page. We were impressed that we were not "set upon" by aggressive sales people as we drove into their lot. On the contrary, we were greeted warmly and allowed to browse their selection at our own pace. The staff was ready to answer any questions we had. Steve arranged for test drives of two models we had in mind. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and searched the region to find exactly what we wanted. Throughout the entire process, Steve was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He really did make the new car buying experience a pleasant one. We would not hesitate to purchase another car from Steve or recommend him to friends or family. We are very much enjoying our new 2013 Outback. More

We were looking for a Subaru Forester, because our previous vehicle had been totaled out by the insurance company. I had done a lot of research on what I wanted and had settled on a Forester. I was looking to buy private because of the extra expense at a dealer. However, when I found a 2010 at Mark Miller Subaru I thought it might work out. We went in and met with Jon -- he was awesome! He actually asked us if he could "win our business today". He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with! He didn't bat an eye when I gave him my offer for the car. Then we got handed off to Jerry to go over the financing -- it was the same experience! We are VERY happy with the professional, no-hassle service we received at Mark Miller Subaru. We plan on doing all maintenance right at the dealership! More
If someone feels compelled to leave a review for a car salesman, you KNOW they had a positive experience. Our first experience with Lance was in the summer of 2010. My wife was looking for the perfect salesman, you KNOW they had a positive experience. Our first experience with Lance was in the summer of 2010. My wife was looking for the perfect used Subaru - a few years old, very low mileage, some manufacturer warranty left, and great condition. We had been passively looking for cars for a few weeks, and while we were driving on at this dealership with Lance in the car with us, he got a phone call from another salesman he had spoken to about what we wanted. That salesman had just taken a trade-in that fit our criteria perfectly. We drove back to the dealership and we took the car (just in off a trade, so not even cleaned yet) for a test drive. We loved it, bought it, and they cleaned it / fixed it up for us so we could pick it up later in the week. Lance even took a checklist of things we wanted to have done to it (for example, we wanted him to replace the cigarette lighter covers in the interior and fix a squeaky back seat). Now it's winter 2013, and my old Honda Civic was nearly killing me in the snow every day. We went back to Lance and told him I was looking for a slightly used Forester or Outback. He lined up four sets of keys for us to drive. One by one, we drove all the Subarus he had lined up that fit my criteria. When he was out of keys, he just asked, "So, what do you think?" No high-pressure pitch, no pressure, he just listened to me. I ended up getting a 2012 Forester at considerably less than the blue book value, and again Lance asked if he could do anything to make me even happier. I told him to tint the windows for me, and my new Forester is having the windows tinted right now as I type this - for free. We're young and newly married, and we'll probably go visit Lance anytime we or anyone we know needs a car. It was that good of an experience. More
Very pushy financing dept.. Refused to run the numbers when we mentioned we were shopping around.. Finally we lied n said we wouldn't shop around they ran the numbers... Murdock was friendly n helpful n not at all pushy n did tons of work to get us a better rate n a warrantee that mark miller didn't even offer More
