If someone feels compelled to leave a review for a car salesman, you KNOW they had a positive experience. Our first experience with Lance was in the summer of 2010. My wife was looking for the perfect salesman, you KNOW they had a positive experience. Our first experience with Lance was in the summer of 2010. My wife was looking for the perfect used Subaru - a few years old, very low mileage, some manufacturer warranty left, and great condition. We had been passively looking for cars for a few weeks, and while we were driving on at this dealership with Lance in the car with us, he got a phone call from another salesman he had spoken to about what we wanted. That salesman had just taken a trade-in that fit our criteria perfectly. We drove back to the dealership and we took the car (just in off a trade, so not even cleaned yet) for a test drive. We loved it, bought it, and they cleaned it / fixed it up for us so we could pick it up later in the week. Lance even took a checklist of things we wanted to have done to it (for example, we wanted him to replace the cigarette lighter covers in the interior and fix a squeaky back seat). Now it's winter 2013, and my old Honda Civic was nearly killing me in the snow every day. We went back to Lance and told him I was looking for a slightly used Forester or Outback. He lined up four sets of keys for us to drive. One by one, we drove all the Subarus he had lined up that fit my criteria. When he was out of keys, he just asked, "So, what do you think?" No high-pressure pitch, no pressure, he just listened to me. I ended up getting a 2012 Forester at considerably less than the blue book value, and again Lance asked if he could do anything to make me even happier. I told him to tint the windows for me, and my new Forester is having the windows tinted right now as I type this - for free. We're young and newly married, and we'll probably go visit Lance anytime we or anyone we know needs a car. It was that good of an experience. More
Very pushy financing dept.. Refused to run the numbers when we mentioned we were shopping around.. Finally we lied n said we wouldn't shop around they ran the numbers... The price was right but we wern't done looking so we told them we had to run home and get my trade in and stopped by Murdock Hyundai and need up buying from them.. Murdock was friendly n helpful n not at all pushy n did tons of work to get us a better rate n a warrantee that mark miller didn't even offer More
I did a lot of research online and scheduled a test drive through the internet tool. Mark Miller's internet team reached back and confirmed. I appreciated the professionalism. I fell in love with my new 2013 Outback on my test drive. At the conclusion, I was really pleased that there was no pressure to buy right away. I was able to comfortably consider my information and made a decision the next day. I contacted Lee and set-up another appointment to make my purchase. On of the easiest and most comfortable car purchases that I have made. Thanks More

The staff was very friendly & helpful when I arrived. Also Kurt was very patient with my questions (I had an unpleasant experience last time I purchased from a Dealer, so I really asked a lot of questions. They did not try to sell me more than I wanted. I felt that they are concerned with good customer relations & not just out for the profit by making a customer happy that customer will return & refer others, So that they will, in the long run, make more profit by keeping customers. Kurt was very thorough with going through all the paperwork, as was the finance person. They were able to price match a lower quote from another dealer. As a nice perk, they offered complimentary food & beverages, (not junk food) which was great after the drive & since I was there for 4 hours total to complete everything needed. More

I purchased a 2013 Outback last week and had a great experience at Mark Miller! My last car (which I have now given to a family member) was a 2001 Outback purchased at Mark Miller by my mother. I started my research online and actually test drove some 2012 and 2013 Outbacks at another dealership. In the end, I purchased from Mark Miller and did virtually everything online until I signed papers in person at the dealership and drove my new car out of the lot! It was painless, quick, and the service was great! I started with quick response by Kurt and then Lee took over. Lee is thorough and personable. One of the main reasons for picking Mark Miller over the other dealership was the 24 month maintenance agreement ( price on a new 2913 base model was the same, but they did not offer the maintenance agreement). I have already experienced the service department and know it is wonderful - I have dealt with Kenny Lee and he and the other service managers are great to work with. So, I also liked buying from Mark Miller because of past history. As for something to improve upon...it would have been a nice touch if the cargo shade had been included as a gesture of thanks for coming back to a Mark Miller when I had a choice. I paid the $150 for it - a thank you like that delights customers.. In any event, kudos to this dealership! More
The dealership was so busy that we worked with two sale agents. The exchange between the agents was seamless. I worked with both Kurt Moyer and Lee Morin in the internet sales department and they were great. They kept in contact with me via email and phone calls, but were never annoying or overly persistent. internet sales department and they were great. I never felt any pressure and really enjoyed picking out my new XV Crosstrek. I believe they gave me honest advice and dealt fairly with me. I feel like I can contact them any time for additional questions or concerns as I get used to my fabulous new car! More
I HATE care shopping because I do not like the high pressure sales approach and it seems that is the way care salesman usually work. I had the best experience at Midtown. It told them I did not want to buy that day and they showed me what I wanted to see answered all questions and let me go without pressuring me. I went to several other dealerships that day trying to shop the price. Not only did they have the best price they were so friendly I ended up going back there to buy my car. My husband was equally as impressed and has referred friends to them. Very happy with our experience. Kurt Moyer and Lee Morin were really great. More
I came into this dealership looking for the new 2013 Crosstrek and Impreza. I waited ten full minutes with another customer at the front desk before someone came over to ask if we needed help. This was middle of a Tuesday afternoon and not very busy. They told me that it would be weeks before the Crosstrek would be available to test drive. They had one on the lot but told me it was not available to drive - just sitting on the lot for "show". They also told me that no other dealerships had them. I later called Nate Wade and Mark Miller South Towne to find several Crosstreks in stock. I drove the Impreza without a sales person with me (they were truly determined to not take care of any customers that day). I liked the Impreza OK but preferred a bigger car - like the Crosstrek. I asked them to call me when one becomes available, and oddly enough, a different sales person told me that one would be available in couple of days at that dealership. At the end of the visit, I asked about the $25 Starbucks gift card they were giving away for coming in, and I was told that one would be mailed to me. It's been over a month, and I have not received the gift card. Needless to say, they never called me back to follow up with the new Crosstreks... I did get to test drive the Crosstrek at Nate Wade and had a fantastic experience from email to end of visit. More
