I came into this dealership looking for the new 2013 Crosstrek and Impreza. I waited ten full minutes with another customer at the front desk before someone came over to ask if we needed help. This was middle of a Tuesday afternoon and not very busy. They told me that it would be weeks before the Crosstrek would be available to test drive. They had one on the lot but told me it was not available to drive - just sitting on the lot for "show". They also told me that no other dealerships had them. I later called Nate Wade and Mark Miller South Towne to find several Crosstreks in stock. I drove the Impreza without a sales person with me (they were truly determined to not take care of any customers that day). I liked the Impreza OK but preferred a bigger car - like the Crosstrek. I asked them to call me when one becomes available, and oddly enough, a different sales person told me that one would be available in couple of days at that dealership. At the end of the visit, I asked about the $25 Starbucks gift card they were giving away for coming in, and I was told that one would be mailed to me. It's been over a month, and I have not received the gift card. Needless to say, they never called me back to follow up with the new Crosstreks... I did get to test drive the Crosstrek at Nate Wade and had a fantastic experience from email to end of visit. More
I have never visited a dealership for service where the customer service was this good. Every employee that was within 10 feet of me asked if there was anything they could help me with. The facility was as customer service was this good. Every employee that was within 10 feet of me asked if there was anything they could help me with. The facility was as clean as the Univ. Medical Center. I will make it a point to have routine service done when in SLC at Mark Miller and it will be the first place I go for my new Subaru. I would rate them with Orvis the best in the land for customer service. More

The staff was very helpful, prompt, and professional. I never felt the urge to buy simply because of pushy, enthusiastic salesmanship. Other dealers in the area responded in a much more generic fashion. Kurt sent a very thorough out-the-door breakdown on the price, processed my financing, and ordered additional options that I requested. In a couple of days, I took the 300 mile trip to pick up my car from Mark Miller Mid-town. Josh Gathercole showed me my new Suby, impeccably prepared, my additional requested options professionally installed. I have purchased a few new cars in my lifetime, and one request I usually get from the salesman is to give them outstanding reviews across the board to improve the dealership’s standing. Josh told me just to be honest and note any problems that occurred because they would like to know what they can improve upon. I have been a lifelong Toyota customer, but after my purchasing experience with my daughter’s Legacy and my new Outback, Subaru and Mark Miller Mid-town have made the conversion to Subaru complete, and I now know where to buy one. They had the very car I wanted coming in so I connected with their internet sales people. I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to buy a car online but I thought I would give it a try. Josh Gathercole was my contact. He emailed me back immediately with all the details I needed and without any hassle I bought a car-just like that! Josh has been wonderful at keeping me informed of everything I needed to know about the car. He responds quickly and thoroughly with answers. By the end of the transaction I wanted to adopt him as the son I never had ---that is how honest and sincere I believe he is. I now have my new car and it is everything I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and its internet sales staff! Josh, thank you for making this a hassle free, fair transaction. They were really prompt in responding to my emails, and offered great information. Ultimately, the ease of talking to someone at the dealership and having information readily available was what made me buy from them. The actual buying experience was awesome. I had to preorder my car, but when it arrived the purchasing process was simple and very personable. Overall, I'm thrilled with the vehicle and dealership as a whole. More

But several months ago my mom purchased a car from Steve Page at Mark Miller car...seriously. I usually find the car buying process rather painful. But several months ago my mom purchased a car from Steve Page at Mark Miller Subaru. I was with her and I witnessed how easy and painless it was for her to buy a car there. Steve Page is a great salesman. He is honest and up-front about everything. He wasn't the pushy wheeler and dealer type of salesman. He was just nice and helpful. Anyway, a few months later when it was time for me to buy a new car it was a no brainer to buy a car from Steve Page. I like Subarus and think they are great cars that have good value, but I was especially enticed to buy a Subaru because I knew that there was a great dealership to buy from where I wouldn't be ripped off, lied to, or have to negotiate for hours over the price of the car. Anyway, I only dealt with Steve, his manager (can't remember his name) and the finance guy and they were all non-sleazy, non-pushy, and not your typical car salesman types. I can't speak for the rest of the guys at the dealership, but buying my car from Steve Page was a fantastic experience. And saying that any car buying experience was a fantastic one is saying a lot...it was the first positive car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and especially recommend Steve Page. They'll treat you right. More

I had to return a couple of times because I had to pick up some things and I was greeted by either Josh or Kurt Moyer immediately which felt great. I love my new car and feel great knowing I can have all my questions answered with a quick email. Also as a single mom it was hard for me to find time to go to the new owners night and I got the ok to bring my teenagers along which was huge. Thanks so much guys I will definitely recommend y'all:-) More
