Poor Work I took my car in because the driver side fear window would not roll down. I was told my window tint was the reason why it wouldn't work. Strangely, I took my car in because the driver side fear window would not roll down. I was told my window tint was the reason why it wouldn't work. Strangely, the other three work just fine and they have the same tint. I took the car to Nate Wade Subaru and they told me that there was an issue with the control button and they are replacing it now. The dishonesty is astounding. I can't believe that they were not willing to take the time to look at it and fix it correctly. It's under warranty so they would get paid either way. I will never take my car there again! More

I was already pre approved through my bank to purchase a vehicle. However due to the negative equity in my current vehicle I was going to need a larger loan. Kurt and the financing department at Mark Miller Subaru worked with me and my bank to help me get the approval I needed for the loan. Everything was hassle free and I was able to get a great interest rate by going through my bank. I gave them all my information up front and they did everything the could to work with me and my situation. I Commend them on there excellent customer service. Ask for Kurt Moyer if you have the opportunity. More

I ended up placing my new order on reserve as it had to come by ship from Japan. The wait was worth it! I couldn't be more thrilled and happy with my new Forester. Kurt Moyer was great to work with in leasing a 2014 Subaru Forester Premium 6MT. When I first visited Mark Miller, I was I the process of selling another vehicle and not ready to buy yet. Knowing this, Kurt took the time to look at several options and answer all my questions. There was never any pressure to do a deal that day. Two weeks later after selling my other vehicle, I now needed a car as soon as possible. Unfortunately the model I was waiting for wasn't going to be available for several more days. I really did not want to pay for a rental car until the new car arrived. Kurt made arrangements to have the same model and color Forester transferred from another dealer. Once the car arrived he took the time to go over the owner's manual, demonstrate the car's controls, pair my cell phone with the car's blue tooth and answer any and all questions I had. I also appreciated Carlos helping answer my questions one day during this process on Kurt's day off. I always had the feeling the Mark Miller team was working to deliver what I needed rather than just trying to make a sale. And they did all this in a friendly way with no pressure or hype. I wish all sales people I deal with were this professional. By the way, I love the Forester. More

Lance, Carlose and the boyz are friendly enough. Lance got us a great price for our new car. However the value of our trade in was off by 1200$!
