Kurt Moyer was great to work with in leasing a 2014 Subaru Forester Premium 6MT. When I first visited Mark Miller, I was I the process of selling another vehicle and not ready to buy yet. Two weeks later after selling my other vehicle, I now needed a car as soon as possible. Unfortunately the model I was waiting for wasn't going to be available for several more days. I really did not want to pay for a rental car until the new car arrived. Kurt made arrangements to have the same model and color Forester transferred from another dealer. Once the car arrived he took the time to go over the owner's manual, demonstrate the car's controls, pair my cell phone with the car's blue tooth and answer any and all questions I had. I also appreciated Carlos helping answer my questions one day during this process on Kurt's day off. I always had the feeling the Mark Miller team was working to deliver what I needed rather than just trying to make a sale. And they did all this in a friendly way with no pressure or hype. Lance, Carlose and the boyz are friendly enough. Lance got us a great price for our new car. However the value of our trade in was off by 1200$!
