Shane Killpack is my Subaru Guy in Utah I fled to Utah to our vacation home because of Covid-19. We were looking for a larger car than our '17 Crosstrek, which we also bought from Shane Kill I fled to Utah to our vacation home because of Covid-19. We talked for 20-minutes on the phone and bought the 2020 Subaru Forester Ltd. from him over the phone -he gave me the best price, good trade price, and no nonesense total breakdown. I walked in and basically traded him keys --Crosstrek for Forester! I wasn't even able to take off my roof racks (no tools) and Shane helped me with uninstall and install the next day. I spent about 30-minutes with Mont to sign papers and buy a bumper to bumper warranty. I mean they make it so easy it was a breeze. Absolutely no hassle, no waste of time, and just a pleasure dealing /talking with Shane and his team at Mark Miller Subaru. The only car I'll buy in Utah is a Subie and Shane will be the guy from who I will buy! Awesome dealership because they employ awesome people! More
