10 years and a couple of cars ago we had purchased a Used Car from Lance. When the time came to buy something new again and we had grown tired of the other dealerships in the area and thought to make the mo Car from Lance. Lance had provided excellent customer service, never making us feel that we were a bother and made me feel like my happiness and satisfaction really mattered to him. When I checked the current employee list on your website, I was ELATED to see that Lance was still here so I emailed him. He called me... on his day off (because he is amazing like that!) and assured me that he'd call when he got to the office the next day. He hooked me up with Tony and the rest is history I guess! We are a proud owner of a 2020 Legacy and lifetime supporter of Subaru now. The car is amazing and the staff is even more impressive. I am so thankful to have come back! The crew here is incredible!
