Overall excellent service with the service staff and the vehicle was done within 1 day when told 2-3 days. We had a sidewall flat while on Vacation in Hermosa beach area. Went to six tire shops within the Hermosa Beach area and couldn't find a tire shop to repair it. After roadside service changes the tire ti my spare donut, I drove back to the Ontario area. On Thursday morning (06-26-24) I went to Mark Christopher Auto Center at 9am,and received excellent service in a timely manner. We were able to drive back to Texas Friday morning. The service writer was GREAT and checked to make sure they had the tire at the location before he accepted my car to replace the tire. They replaced the tire without an appointment, took care of the replacement insurance claim and handled the paperwork within three hours and they were very busy. More

Not the fault of my service advisors, but major issue with Cadillac/GM as they continue to support my new EV purchase and ongoing concerns. I was very disappointed with my entire experience with this dealership. First, they have no courtesy shuttle to take you home which makes it very inconvenient. Next, all communication with them was throug this dealership. First, they have no courtesy shuttle to take you home which makes it very inconvenient. Next, all communication with them was through text message. Usually this isn’t something that would bother me but it was very disheartening when they just text you that your prognosis may cause upwards of $10,000. I feel like that should have been a phone call to discuss options, not just a casual text message. I was also disappointed with the time it took and the lack of a definite diagnosis. I was told that they couldn’t figure out what was causing the issue with my car, it could be one thing or another. One option would have been to replace a single part, the other was to replace the entire transmission. After spending another day working on it, they thought the cheaper fix wouldn’t be sufficient and wanted me to replace my entire transmission even though they weren’t entirely sure that the one part would have fixed it. They wanted to replace the transmission just to be safe. I felt like I was being taken. And again, a text message telling me this was very frustrating. I ended up not having them fix anything but still had to pay a diagnostic fee despite the fact that they still couldn’t tell me exactly what was wrong with it. I have always taken my car here and had great service but this entire experience was so frustrating. I will not be going back again. More
