I am glad I came back to Mark Christopher because the service is always the best. They clearly emphasize customer service with their employees. Unfortunately I’ve moved about 35 miles away from this deal service is always the best. They clearly emphasize customer service with their employees. Unfortunately I’ve moved about 35 miles away from this dealership which makes it less ideal but after going to dealerships that were closer to me in the OC/LA area, I find myself going back to Mark Christopher because of the great service from Nick Polytarhos and Avo from their service department. They diagnosed my truck much quicker than anyone else, got me a rental and made the process smooth. More

Mark Christopher is my trusted Auto Center for my Cadillac and Chevy Truck. It was unfortunate that my experience with Dario Gomez was NOT the same. I hope to have another service member next time I Cadillac and Chevy Truck. It was unfortunate that my experience with Dario Gomez was NOT the same. I hope to have another service member next time I return (i.e., poor attitude at greeting, asked me to email him MC Cadillac svc coupons as if I was trying to get over on him. Then made the statement "we will only honor one", then no updates, when my car was ready, I'm the one who had to come out to find out the status after 2 1/2 hours) Overall extremely poor experience. I am disappointed in the Service I received this time. I asked for prices a head of work but did not receive until engine dismantled. Delivery dates where implied but not delivered. Did not fix. The Second time I left was for five days. Finally looks like they might have fixed my problem, Service light has not come back on yet. I feel I my vehicle was put aside until the mechanic had nothing better to do. For a simple service engine soon light. I took to dealer because you service this vehicle a lot and should know what was wrong quicker. I have had other vehicles at Mark Christopher before and received better results. I hope this was an isolated issue. More
