Wonderful Car Buying Experience I HATE buying a car, it’s usually worse than going to the dentist. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that my daughter and I walked o I HATE buying a car, it’s usually worse than going to the dentist. However, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment that my daughter and I walked onto the lot to when I left with my new “certified” used car. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and a true pleasure to deal with. They listened to everything that I needed and were able to deliver what I desired. Mario was so nice to get me an In n Out burger for my growling stomach at lunchtime and took me to put gas in the car so I wouldn’t leave the lot with an empty tank. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership and plan on having any maintenance needed performed here instead of the dealer closer to my home. I really appreciate the attentiveness during the buying process from Joe and this was the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years. THANK YOU!!! More

After their tech tried starting the car and it sounded terrible, Service writer Juan Fletes called me and told me that it was going to be $1700 just to look at my car. I couldn’t believe it because five months prior I had just gotten my car back because of severe oil leak which cost me over $5000 and took Mark Christopher tech four times to get it right. One other footnote I have been taking my Saturn to Mark Christopher for servicing since I bought it into thousand eight and this is how I was treated.
