Routine Service My truck was due for oil change and a new serpentine belt, Mike took care of me start to finish, done within 2 hours. Noise coming from wheels. Squeaking brakes and oil change It started on July 3rd, I called at 1:45pm to bring my car in, they said to bring it in before 3:00pm, I got there at 2:30pm, upon arriving no one kne It started on July 3rd, I called at 1:45pm to bring my car in, they said to bring it in before 3:00pm, I got there at 2:30pm, upon arriving no one knew what I was talking about, no shuttle because it’s out of the service range, no loaner for me either which could’ve all been avoided if the guy who answered my call on that day wouldn’t have hung up on me while I was still talking. I rescheduled for the following Tuesday And I drove home again. Tuesday I dropped off, went home in a loaner vehicle, they called around 4 to say the car was ready and if I wanted it washed and I said yes please, picked up the car, oil changed, noise in the wheel gone, the brakes still squeak which is “normal” for carbon ceramic brakes, my other corvette had carbon ceramic brakes and never squeaked, when I bought the car it didn’t squeak. the oil life was reset wasn’t reset but the service check list says it was, I’m wondering what else did the technician check off on that list but didn’t do.... and to top it looked like someone just rinsed it off with a hose because the car looked filthy, I would’ve said something to the service advisor but I took them 20 minutes to bring the car out let alone having to wait for them to attempt to wash it again. That’s the treatment I got for spending 145 thousand in cash from your dealership. More
