I’ve been having troubles with my Acadia since I got it. My husband purchased it as a gift for me from Mark Christopher, but they are over an hour away so I was taking it into another dealership trying to g My husband purchased it as a gift for me from Mark Christopher, but they are over an hour away so I was taking it into another dealership trying to get the issues figured out. After MULTIPLE attempts and feeling like the dealership wasn’t even trying anymore, I contacted Mark Christopher as the other dealership mentioned maybe they’d offer a rental for a day to have them check it, since that’s where we purchased the car, so we tried that route. Jeff helped me and honored a rental car to help me because I have been hassling with it so much. We made an appointment and when I got there he was very nice. He set me up with Jackie in service, and the tech he set me up with, Martin, came out to talk to me directly to figure out what the issues are and get a broader picture of the issue to hopefully help pinpoint the problems and get them fixed. Mind you this never happened at the other dealership. Martin took time with me to go over every issue, any information, videos etc to help him out. They were able to duplicate the issue on day 2, which the other dealership wouldn’t keep it past a few hours even when I attempted to keep it there for an unknown amount of time until it’s figured out at one point. They replaced a few things and then went working on pinpointing the other concerns. They ended up having my car for 5 days. I was pleased to know they were taking time and taking it seriously! I will hands down be going here for all service/maintenance from now on. It may be way out of my way, but if this is their service, then it is well worth it!! I highly Recommend checking them out for your service needs. More

This is the second time I bought a car from Mark Christopher. I had some loyalty to them because 3 years earlier a man named Norm Edwards helped me buy my first electric plug-in hybrid car. Mr. Ed Christopher. I had some loyalty to them because 3 years earlier a man named Norm Edwards helped me buy my first electric plug-in hybrid car. Mr. Edwards sadly passed away but they recommended Johnny Mendoza to me. I was very pleased with the quality, attention, knowledge and service that Mr. Mendoza provides me.
