Customer service is great, it would be nice when a customer has to wait more than 2-3 hours to at least provide a courtesy car. They are friendly & courteous every time I have been there. Ken made sure to put us first and treated us fairly as well as honestly. there were a few issues with the new car prep but most have been addressed. Ken has been very helpful and accommodating. I have recommended Ken to my friends and family members who are also looking for a new car/suv this year. Service was excellent. Went in for a rattling sound coming from the exhaust. Unfortunately I could not bring it in earlier in the day because of work. Therefore I had to leave the car overnight. Overalls they were very friendly and nice to us. Our sales rep, Brian was helping us well and very knowledgeable about vehicles.
