Was quoted the wrong Costco price by Bryan, Bryan had a return customer come in so I went to Greg’s office. Greg noticed Bryan had given me the wrong Costco price because the truck I was buying had the return customer come in so I went to Greg’s office. Greg noticed Bryan had given me the wrong Costco price because the truck I was buying had the Duramax. $700 difference. After I bought the truck I received a 50% off parts and service coupon that Bryan said he could not honor because we bought the truck through educator discount rather than Costco. (I called costco and they said the coupon is valid because they referred me to Mark Christopher.) Was told the truck would be delivered Sunday at 1pm. I texted Bryan at 1 PM to see if he was close and was told the truck wouldn’t be ready until 230-300. He texted me and said Greg was supposed to call me and he was sorry, Bryan had no idea how to look up how much I had on GM Card or if there were any bonus or anything else out there. More

When I went to pay my bill oh, I was informed of future work that needed to be done to the vehicle. Which tribe would would expect during the course of a vehicle assessment. But what I wasn't expecting was to be told that there was a serious need for the brakes to be replaced because of the wearing of the disc down to 4 millimeters. I would have liked to have had the opportunity during this visit have been told this to have the work done during this service. Now, I'm going to have to make time to bring the vehicle back in again sooner than anticipated. It would be nice that the service associates and the front desk communicate that kind of assistance to the customer. This was a normal practice in the past at Mark Christopher. More
2019 truck isn’t a year old yet& already 3 recalls. Called service, they said oh yes your truck is ready. As I spent my whole day waiting around. Got there and they hadn’t given my truck a complimentary wash as discussed. Aside from all that. I am no longer going to use Mark Christopher as my dealership!! Their service department has no integrity!! They charged me for a service they claimed they did but lied about it! The technician had my dealership!! Their service department has no integrity!! They charged me for a service they claimed they did but lied about it! The technician had my car for less then 20 minutes and claims he rotated the tires changed the oil checked all fluid levels checked the air filters it is not possible to accomplish all of that in less then 20 minutes. Why I am mad is that my right front rim had a scrape on it when I brought it in to the dealership and after they claim to have rotated the tires the same wheel was in the same spot when they gave the car back to me. So I know the tires were not rotated! When the manager Rodney came out to look at my car in so many words insinuated that I was lying! There was also a screw from one of the filters laying on the passenger floor and all of the plastic and paper from servicing the car was still in the inside of my vehicle. Also the oil servicing sticker the technician applies to the windshield was incorrect. I now have a concern that maybe my oil was never changed! Rodney asked me what he could do so I told him that I would like him to review the video to see what the technician actually completed on my car and after he reviewed it I would like to see the video myself and Rodney agreed to it. Rodney has not contacted me back and will not return my calls. I find him very unprofessional! This is the second time they have claimed to have rotated my tires and did not! The first time the manager did review the technicians video and called me and was honest and told me that the technician lied and did not rotate the tires. I always believe in giving someone a second chance so that is why I went back to Mark Christopher but after this second time I no longer trust them to actually and properly service my vehicle. I have better things to due but due to this being the second time and the way I was treated at the dealership I intend in filing complaints with two different government agencies and submitting a form to channel 2’s news segment “2 ON YOUR SIDE” investigative segment due to the possibility that this is common practice at Mark Christopher! Also I will seek further guidance from the BBB. I am a 36 year Air Force veteran and believe in integrity and honesty! More
