I was not provided reasonable explanation of how my minimal 4” suspension lift was the cause of a leaking axle seal. The lift was professionally installed and differential lowered so that axles retaine minimal 4” suspension lift was the cause of a leaking axle seal. The lift was professionally installed and differential lowered so that axles retained factory angles. This is a violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The recall and brake inspection was done quickly. The price of grinding my rear rotors and replacing the pads was $335. That's too much. Juan was nice enough but he didnt do anything to earn my business such as negotiate price or whatnot. He seemed perfectly fine with me going somewhere else. I do like the online service appointments. That was easy. Gerald was cool while I walked the lot. He went and grabbed some keys for the new 1500 diesel Silverado and explained a few things about the towing capacity. He asked for my business and wants me to come back when I'm ready. I just may do so in the next few months. More
