I just want to start off by saying that I am an understanding person during these rough times with COVID-19, but I am still a customer. I have serviced multiple vehicles with Mark Christopher Chevrolet and I was having difficulty reaching the service department for a regular maintenance service, it was very frustrating and it made me want to go somewhere else. I was able to reach Jeff Rizzi, the service department manager and he was very apologetic and took care of everything for me and made me forget the frustrations I have dealt with, especially because I went over my service miles due to a two week delay of not being returned a phone call from service. I’m sure Jeff was able to reach out to his team and remind them that Mark Christopher Cheverolet customers is what helps keep the business running. I am more than glad to return back for a service or sale because of Jeff Rizzi and his willingness to help! More
