Nick was very professional and welcoming, very knowledgeable on the different vehicles, however not sure who it is specifically but in the finance department they could use a few adjustments, it s knowledgeable on the different vehicles, however not sure who it is specifically but in the finance department they could use a few adjustments, it seemed like they were raising the prices on all the customers, then expected customers to be ok watching a presentation after we had already been waiting for quite a long time already. A family left b/c of the price increases after they had been told like we were both told previously that the price was already set. Both which were later increased.... That is not very professional nor appreciated and could drive a negative impact. Overall we were treated well just did not the price increase nor the excuse of why it happened. More
