The service department/mechanic is trying to rip me off or is totally incompetent. They told me my radiator was leaking and wanted to replace for over a $1,000 bucks. I looked at it and found the drain c or is totally incompetent. They told me my radiator was leaking and wanted to replace for over a $1,000 bucks. I looked at it and found the drain cock was loose. It only needed a quarter turn. Also, the mechanic didn’t know how to remove the covering since I found all the tabs broken. I’ve taking this car to this dealer since I bought it, I guess the inspect check list they give me every time I service my car is useless. More

Poor poor poor, I'm still disappointed today, and yesterday was worse, The Covid pandemic should not be blamed for the sad service, I had a 8am appt. The dealership as a whole did ok. They gave me a good price for the truck I bought. I had to haggle for the price. The Salesman never returned my calls even though I purchased a top of the line (High Cou price for the truck I bought. I had to haggle for the price.
