I have been a MC customer for years. Purchased two cars from MC. A bit disappointed in the service this time around. Has to call myself to see when the car would be done. No return phone call. I had to cal from MC. A bit disappointed in the service this time around. Has to call myself to see when the car would be done. No return phone call. I had to call again. It was ten minutes before closing under the new COvid hours. What would my situation have been if that was my only car? No offer of a loaner even though the repairs were under warranty. Single day took two days and again I made all the phone calls! Am rethinking if I’m going to come back. Rotolo is only a little further away. May give them a try More

Took two hours for oil change. No sticker for next oil change. No car wash. Bare minimum effort. They were supposed to do tire rotations as well, not even sure if they did that! change. No car wash.
