The last 2 times I have brought my traverse in for service I told the service writer there is a leak of either transmission fluid or coolant. I have multiple stains in my driveway. My car is the only service I told the service writer there is a leak of either transmission fluid or coolant. I have multiple stains in my driveway. My car is the only car in the driveway. I brought it home after another service on 10/31 and the next morning there is another small puddle of fluid. They are good at changing oil and rotating your tires but aren’t able to find the leak that is marking up my driveway. Very disappointed in mark christophers service. I purchased my Traverse in December 2023 and bought it from you guys because you were the closest Chevrolet dealer to my house. I wanted to support my local dealership but it seems like this might have been a mistake. My neighbor around me who have purchased Chevys bought from Selman Chevrolet and rant and rave about how good their service is. Mean while my new traverse has had a leak fro a few months that is marking up my driveway that Mark Christopher’s service department can’t seem to find. I purchase a 5 year maintenance service agreement when I bought the car but what good is it if I can’t get my problems fixed. More

i ask sales rep why there is low tire light he said service dep is closed you can go to the nearest gas station and add some air what what a joke(i have triple bypass in my heart so imagine me with my service dep is closed you can go to the nearest gas station and add some air what what a joke(i have triple bypass in my heart so imagine me with my heart problem adding air in the tires at 9:30 o'clock at night with my kids in car ) . wheel key lock is missing there is a Chevy dealer next to me They cannot service the car because the wheel key is missing. Which mean I have to drive 3 hours back to mark christopher So they can give me a new key, l driving the car on the freeway shakes Next day went back for service. The mechanic at mark Christopher have a really bad attitude and did not fix the problem made it worse it's been almost a week and I'm dealing with a headache on( brand new car ) they call me worry about I'm gonna give them a bad rating, not to check on the bad car that they sold me they even said that we will send you a gift card and totally ignored me.
