My service tech was super nice and welcoming also the office lady was super on top of it my paper work wasn’t sent yet so she went and found my car pulled the paper work and had my car pulled right up. I really appreciate the customer service Dario Gomez gave but I was not offered a car wash like the other vehicles, after paying over $4k worth of parts and labor. My Vehicle is running awesome and no ove but I was not offered a car wash like the other vehicles, after paying over $4k worth of parts and labor. My Vehicle is running awesome and no overheating, I didnt like the fact that the service and mechanic was trying to UPSELL me a whole Transmission. In the end to where my vehicle was ready for pick up it felt like the porter person who was deliverying the vehicles, made me the last one to ever get my work I had to expain to him I needed to get to work, and then he brought out another persons car in whom I was there waaay before them, I noticed all the other cars looked nice and clean and had a wash, and yet I was not offered one as well. More
